Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.


In addition to your Australian Consumer Law Guarantees and any rights under the Australian Consumer Law, iHAS Services warrants this product against defects from purchase for a period of 24 months. During the warranty period iHAS Services will, at its election, replace or repair products that are defective. 


The product is only subject to the warranty in circumstances where the product has been correctly installed, maintained and operated within the specifications defined in this user manual and where the product is not subject to incorrect mechanical use or tampering after purchase.   


Without limiting your Australian Consumer Law Guarantees, your Australian Consumer Law Guarantees and any rights under the Australian Consumer Law any rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the above warranty, iHAS Services otherwise excludes all liability (including without limitation arising out of negligence or otherwise) for any loss, damage or claims in relation to or in connection with the products.   iHAS is not responsible for, and excludes all liability for any radio or TV interference.

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.


WHEN YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND


  • At iHAS you have 14 days to return your products for a full refund or exchange as long as it is returned in a saleable condition with original proof of purchase. The refund will be provided using your original payment method. This 14 day returns policy does not apply to gift cards, product installation coupons or any other redeemable token.


  • By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened or used, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included.


  • If you can’t provide proof of purchase, we will be unable to provide you with an exchange coupon or refund.


  • You will need to pay the shipping and postage cost in returning the product to iHAS.


OTHER TYPES OF RETURNS


iHAS will accept returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund (refund will be provided using original payment method) or repair where you can present an iHAS receipt or other adequate proof of purchase and:


  • The item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • The item is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description.


iHAS may elect to first troubleshoot issue with you and/or return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the issue is a result of:


  • misuse, neglect or tempering of the Product; or 
  • the Product not been used in accordance with the user manual; or
  • the Product been dropped; or
  • the Product been used outdoors and/or subject to water damage; or
  • the Product been subject to a power surge.


Products presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished products of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair goods.


PROOF OF PURCHASE


Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:


  • Original register receipt (no photocopies accepted);
  • Online Tax Invoice (order confirmations will not be accepted); or
  • Financial Statement (i.e. bank statement, credit card statement).


PRIVACY


You will be asked for information that is relevant to your return. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return. Information collected in accordance with iHAS’ privacy policy (link below).
